Let me share my story with you, in case you’re new here.
I felt the EXACT same way about 4 years ago. I grew up playing volleyball, figure skating, taking dance lessons, and competitive cheerleading (to name a few of my favorites), and didn’t have to worry about my weight or what I looked like in the mirror. I even let how I saw myself in the mirror affect my mood and decisions sometimes.
For a while, I kept trying to get back to the old version of me - jumping into intense routines and strict plans - but I always burned out.
